Preparing for our Call

Thank you for scheduling a call with us. Remember, this is a video call and it's recorded for training and quality assurance purposes, yadda, yadda you know the script.

I have outlined more or less what to expect from us, and what we expect from you, and or your team.

So that's the first thing. You can have one more person from your team present during the video call.

The call will be done over video with Zoom. The call, and most if not all our calls are recorded. And if you're seeing this page, the details of the Zoom call have been emailed to you already, please don't be late.

Need to install Zoom? go get it from zoom.us

During the meeting, let's get to know each other, let's see if we're a good fit to work together. Be ready to answer some questions about your business, your goals, your current progress, and things of that nature as they pertain to the project.

Have questions for me ready too, this is your chance. Look through our portfolio, testimonials, services, or past projects, and let us know if you want to know anything more.

A few more questions about this call

If you need to change your appointment time or date, go to your email and find the link with instructions on how to do that. You can re-schedule yourself, using the same real-time system to pick the next best available time for you.

Training and consultation sessions are priced per person. Group training is available. For rates, inquire within. If you need to have a member of your team present, and a 3rd person to assist you or your team member, let us know. We can make exceptions and accommodations as needed.

While I appreciate your efforts to multi-task, all of our calls and service levels require video calls and we prefer them over a desktop or laptop. We use Zoom, so almost any webcam will work. We likely will need to show you our screen for one reason or another and it just all works better on a desktop or a laptop as opposed to a phone.

Also, it wouldn't be safe nor do we recommend having our calls while you're operating a vehicle, cooking, babysitting, bathing the kids, pruning your roses,

For a few more reasons than I can share in 20 seconds, the short answer right now is no. Both types of meetings we can have required face-to-face interaction but we can do it over the Internet now. If we partner up for a project, regular ongoing calls can be adjusted for various requirements.

If you want to have 3 or more people from your team to attend a meeting, it's considered group training or group coaching. Contact us to make arrangements for this.

Oftentimes, companies want to have someone from marketing, someone from sales, and someone else from IT. Generally, we don't all need to meet until we're engaged in a project and we will coordinate that directly with each other.

This is a big question. Generally, we want you to know as much as you can about your project. Be aware of your budget, your expectations, your understanding (or lack thereof) of what you're asking. Be aware of what you own, or don't own, or let us know that you need help with this part. Let's work together for the best possible outcome!
