How to make a Google (Docs) Form public.

The topic came up in one of my recent hangouts and the task was to make a form that you’ve created public so that people can fill it out and participate in your data collection project.

A form can be used to run a survey, or to collect information in a secure way because it uses HTTPS. The results are then tabulated into a spreadsheet directly into Google Docs.
